Property Model for SAP Processing

IMA recently completed a transition assignment resulting in the development of a model that processes all property related costs for Barclays Bank PLC.

The model uses demiseable space references and SAP Internal Order functionality to generate property payments and internal recharges of over £250 million annually. It provides full analysis to the various business units of the bank.

The model has also been exported to Barclays' managing agents Donaldsons, and Weatherall Green and Smith, as well as the FM contractors Acumen, Johnson Controls and WS Atkins. These outsource companies have taken advantage of IMA services to update their internal systems. We have also provided specific training on the use of the model, Barclay's portfolio structure and SAP processing.
